Fundacja Mobilni Polacy poszukuje wolontariusza na 7 lub 7,5-miesięczny wolontariat w Arad w Rumunii.

Zgodnie z zasadami programu wolontariusz będzie miał zapewnione: zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie, kieszonkowe na własne wydatki (60€/miesiąc) i zwrot 90% kosztów podróży. Wolontariusz musi opłacić sam 10% kosztów podróży.

Project title: EXPERIMENT SOCIAL
Duration of the stage: 7 or 7.5 months starting with 01.11.2013
Place: Arad / Romania

Some of the activities of the project will be:
Development of cultural-artistic initiative in the 8 daycare centers for old people from Arad (workshops/musical bands: accordion, violin etc.; origami workshops, quilling, photo-video etc.
Development of outdoor initiative and social public events for young-old people (hiking, public concerts, intercultural evenings, bingo etc.)
Development of social and spending free time initiatives at the home of the old people that can’t leave their home.
IT courses for old people and development of e-platform “TV Generations” (including journalistic/web design/e-campaigns actions) for promoting dialogue between generations.
The volunteers will perform the tasks divided in 10 mixed teams (3 EVS volunteers + 3 local volunteers in each team) guided by 4 local youth workers from the hosting organization. They will also the support of a mentor during the voluntary stage.
Volunteers will be provided with accommodation, food and travel reimbursement (90% of travel costs), within rules of action 2 of Youth in Action Program.
